Description: Early reports of Tractor Trailer roll-over, multiple vehicles involved with explosion. Smoke visable for miles.

Reports: DWI, suspect in custody, 1 DOA.

2100hrs- (1) reported DOA- driver of truck. Truck reportedly carrying fruit with approx. 300 sq. foot section of bridge surface damaged from fire. County alert level has been raised (increased check points at County Airport, etc.) and Tappan Zee emergency detour plan in effect.
