Frequency: CRPD, PCRRBEMS, CRFD, NYSP, WCPD

Units Operating: CRPD patrol, PCRRB*EMS, NYSP, CRFD, WCPD

Description Of Incident: driver lost control of car in vacinity of exit 21, rolled over guard rail, rolled down embankment into a ravine. driver trapped w\ injuries. Driver was extricated from car, carried up ravine to be treated\transported to WMC.
