Description Of Incident: Car vs Tractor trailer. PD on scene with a confirmed pin. Vehicle under-rode back wheels of a unloaded gravel truck (tractor trailer). Driver heavily entrapted (Roof ontop of driver/sidewall invasion and legs pinned under dash). Side wall removal, roof flapped and dash jacked. No issues with the truck. Rockland paramedics packinging and treating male with very serious injuries. Statflight on scene at Palisades Mall J-lot, with VCFD 22-2 & 22-1501. Male transported to WCMC in very seroius condition. CPD on scene with accident investigation. Great job by all on scene.
