Current Yonkers Engine 306 From Code 3

I had heard a while back a rumor that Code 3 was getting ready to release a 1/64th diecast model of Yonkers Engine 306, the ALF. They had previously released the Mack CF.

Then again, they said that the Los Angeles ALF Tiller was going to be released in the spring.

Time will tell. I'm not even sure we'll see anything really new from them, they've been very shady as of late.

Seth,

I remember posting photos of a few west coast ALFs on another board early this year, and was thanked by a moderator for posting photos of a "near future" release. It's now the 3rd quarter, and no ALF TDAs so far. And C3 wonders why their sales are down.:rolleyes:

I truly wonder how much longer Funrise will fund this venture. The dealer I order through told me they were having trouble scheduling their pickup (only 1 hour away from C3) of Boston FD's E30 from the warehouse, as due to lack of sales the warehouse is only open 2-3 days a week. How much longer before we play Taps for Code 3??

If they do release the Yonkers ALFs, being the somewhat unique pieces they are, then I hope some day to see the five new Pierces that Syosset just leased....and maybe their rescue and ALF tower, too. Now that would be some good stuff.
