Description Of Incident: Heavy Fire in kitchen spreading into dining area/2 RMAs

1459hrs - 56L6 O/S with a working kitchen fire

1459hrs - 2nd dispatch for 56-12, -55, -72 for a working kitchen fire

1501hrs - 56-11 O/S with a "50x50 building with heavy smoke showing"

1502hrs - ??? responding

1503hrs - DC911 advising PV command of all incoming units, command requests 3rd tones

1504hrs - 3rd dispatch for 56-12, -55, -72

1505hrs - 56-55 responding driver alone

1507hrs - PV command requests a fireground, DC911 assigns 7 and 8

1508hrs - DC911 advising all equipment except for 56-12 has responded, and inquires if 4th dispatch is required, PV command says no

1511hrs - PV command asks DC911 to cover their St. 1 and 2, also advising the main body of fire has been knocked down, they are checking for extension

1513hrs - PV command confirming main body of fire knocked down, and checking for extension

1514hrs - DC911 dispatching Roosevelt M/A to cover PV, 63-11 requested to go to PV St. 2, 63-12 requested to go to PV St. 1

1519hrs - Roosevelt 63-12 relocating to PV St. 1 driver alone, requesting tones for manpower to meet the engine at PV St. 1

1519hrs - Roosevelt 63-11 relocating to PV St. 2 "with a crew"

1521hrs - DC911 toning out manpower to PV St. 1 to meet 63-12 which is driver alone

1525hrs - PV command confirming that the fire is knocked down, overhauling is in progress.

56-14 is clearing the scene and will be going back to St. 2 to standby

56-31 is going for water, then back to St. 1 to standby

56-55 is clearing the scene and will be going back to St. 1 for standby

1530hrs - Roosevelt 63-12 is at PV St. 1

1543hrs - PV command advises DC911 that the building inspector is O/S

1545hrs - DC911 advises PV command that per the land-line request, Central Hudson and the Red Cross have been notified

1701hrs - PV command reporting that all equipment is back in service, except for 56-11 and 56-13, which will remain OOS and advise when they are back in service
