How Do I Apply For the CPAT Test?

There are two ways to apply for the CPAT Test. The first method is to download an application (PDF 44.2K) from the Connecticut Fire Academy website. The second method is to contact the CPAT Registrar directly at 860-627-6363 ext. 221.
