Description Of Incident:

15:57- E4, R5, and Ems on arrival reporting one car with heavy damage and one moose (with heavy damage). 1 occupant still in the vehicle.

15:59-E4 and R5 begin extrication

16:03-Occupant out of the vehicle and in Ems care.

17:42-FD units clear of the parkway after CSP investigation.

*the car was heavily damged and the occupant had facial trauma but is expected to recover at this time.

**the moose was put out of its misery by the "Environmental Police" and thus ends the Fairfield County moose hunt of 2007.
