1st Alarm: E-206, 237, 271, 291; L-124, 140, 146FAST; B-28, 37 (10-75); R-2, Sq-252

1756hrs- B-28 Using All-Hands on Arrival for heavy smoke from the roof of a 1-commercial 150X100. Exposures #2 and #4 are attached, S/C extra Engine and Truck (Tower Ladder)

S/C: E-218/L-111

1759hrs- B-28 transmitting 2nd Alarm, req. 2nd Alarm Truck to be a Tower Ladder.

2nd Alarm: E-229, 216, 217, 207/S-6; L-135; B-45 (Safety), 57 (RUL); Safety B/C, Rescue B/C; Field Comm., TAC #1.

1804hrs- Div. 11 rpts (2) L/S/O, no co's allowed on the roof due to sagging. Fire is in the cockloft. D/W/H.

1815hrs- Div. 11 rpts (5) L/S/O. Heavy fire conditions in the ceiling and cockloft.

1824hrs- Div. 11 rpts fire K/D. Co's hitting pockets of fire. D/W/H.

1830hrs- Div. 11 rpts all members being withdrawn from the building with a roll call being conducted.

1845hrs- Primary (-), going to exterior op's with (1) Tower Ladder in operation, setting up a second. L-135 new FAST. S/C Truck.

1858hrs- Div. 11 transmitting 4th Alarm, req. both Trucks to be Tower Ladders. Rpts heavy fire through the roof with exposure problem.

1900hrs- Div. 11 rpts (2) Tower Ladders in operation. Setting up a 3rd Tower Ladder. All co's removed from Exposure #2 and #4. D/W/H.

1925hrs- Car 13 rpts (4) Tower Ladders, (3) Stangs in operation.

2005hrs- Car 13 rpts Conditions unchanged.

2030hrs- Car 13 rpts prolonged operations.

2055hrs- Car 13 S/C Tower Ladder.
