What is the purpose of this modified engine?

im not sure but i think its a colapsable rope training unit, it goes around the city to stations and the hose bed turns into a 20 foot window and ledge and it demonstrates how to use the harness system, but im not sure

Oh....that's what it is. Now I remember posting something about this when it was rolled out...pretty neat how it works.
