Bariatric Transport

I was driving home the other day and was passed by Empire's bariatric bus.

As we collectively grow obese as a nation I'm wondering...

Anybody else in the area doing specialized transport for the super-sized?

I personally believe that, unlike many of the other areas that EMS is trying to stick its nose into [i.e. hazmat, tactical, technical rescue] which are already taken care of by other emergency service sectors, bariatric care and transportation is truely an EMS job. And I don't think we're adequately prepared...
