Description Of Incident: Call to assist PD and EMS with patient access.

13:43 Engine 12 and TL24 on scene, patient on scaffold, rescue needed.

13:48 2163 requesting ConEd notified

14:07 2161 stating rescue is made

Worker shocked when scaffolding came into contact with energized lines during assembly. Patient burned but conscious and alert. Patient was removed via TL24.
