Description Of Incident: Officers call for assistance (10-10)

Units originally dispatched to vic of 88 Saratoga Av for disorderly youths disturbing the peace. Upon arrival of assigned, located group of approx 200 youths congregating on the block. Attempted to disperse said youths and a melee introduced. Assigned requested additional cars to the scene. 3pct supervisor requested more units to the scene, entire 4pct and cars from 1pct and 2pct joined the 3pct at the location. Foot pursuit occurred with suspect fleeing through backyards and eventually being apprehended. 6 suspects taken into custody and transported to YPD Central Booking. Units will be assigned special post to this block for Quality of Life patrol until further.
