Description: Sniper opened fired on the Latah County Municpal Building, with rounds entering the county dispatch center. As officers exited the building near the courthouse, the sniper shot (1) police officer. As a second Officer moved the first to safety, he was shot and killed. Susect then barricaded in a church with SWAT making entry at 0600hrs finding additional victims and the suspect dead.
