0717hrs- Batt 9 requesting Con Ed with a rush for female fell approx 10 ft into

vault

0720hrs batt 9 reporting 2 members of Rescue 1 in the vault tending to patient. Con ed supervisor enroute.

0726hrs Manhattan dispatch advising Division 3 and Batt 9 that Con ed reports no eletrical danger

0728hrs Divison 3 reports patient is out of vault and on sidewalk. Unknown injuries at this time

0734hrs Divison 3 reports all operations are complete. Units starting to pick up as they become aval.

0732hrs Divison 3 reports patient will be transported to Belleve. All members are out of vault and accounted for and SAFE
