Help!

Have any of you out there experienced anything with the web design/hosting company: firecompanies.com? My FD is currently working with them and we have run into several issues regarding communications and feedback.

Any tips or suggestions on how to get things moving forward with this company, or simply a review/critique of their services?

Any insight is greatly appreciated!
