I've hit upon yet another SmugMig site with GREAT apparatus photos, primarily in the Chicago and other areas.

Check out the SPECS...what is a Super Hydraulic Afterburner and why do the seats have 10 point harnesses for seat belts?????

The WTF I believe is one of those new Pierce Chassis. I think it's the Impel.

My cousin does some work for the USSS and I think he had something to do with spec'ing out that rig, and another on they picked up.

Chicago, as far as I know, has not abandoned the Port/Starboard thing. I'm planning a trip out there in the next couple of weeks, so I should have some out and about shots.

The lightbars have green in them still, the front flashers are al red now for some reason.

That FBI rig was their new mobile command rig. I believe it's up on the Pierce Homeland Security website.
