Difference Between A Reserve And A Spare

I always get the two confused, what's the difference between a reserve and a spare?

I think a spare is equipped, and a reserve is not...or vice versa?

Nope your wrong, reserves have the duct tape to hold the spares together. Or is it the spares lend their duct tape to the reserves for their numbers, no wait its ................................................. Oh forget it!
