2158hrs- Div. 11 rpts Fire out multiple windows on the 5th floor. (2) L/S/O.

2159hrs- Div. 11 transmitting 2nd Alarm.

2nd Alarm: E-55, 24, 15, 33, 9/S-1; L-15, 6, 9 (added to box); B-31 RUL, B-7 Safety; Rescue B/C, Safety B/C; Field Com, TAC #1
