Westchester EMS is the ambulance department for the four Stellaris hospitals - Lawrence, Northern Westchester, Phelps and White Plains. Additionally we operate the paramedic fly-car system for the 8 towns in the scenic Northeast corner of the county. We are a not for profit entity.
