1735; 8 minute eta for helicopter

1744; DC911 advises that EF second BLS ambulance and Beekman ambulance are not responding as of yet.

2 minute eta of chopper

1746; Statt Flight advises they are hovering above scene, no answer from EF LZ Command. Stat Flight advises they will land in eastbound lane

1748; Stat Flight on ground.

1750; One victim extricated
