Dear Friend of Burn Care ... Everywhere Foundation Inc.

BURNCARE... EVERYWHERE FOUNDATION, INC. is sponsoring its annual golf outing to be held on August 30,2007 at Somers Pointe Country Club, Somers, NY

Because of friends like you, BCE was fortunate enought this year to host our first Night of Champions, where we were able to distribute monetary grants totaling $10,000 to five very worthy organizations:

• The Connecticut Burns Care Foundation was awarded $5,000 to be used towards the Connecticut Burn Camp for Kids.

• The Enrico (Hank) Longo Burn Center at the Westchester Medical Center was awarded $2,000 to aid in nursing education programs.

• The Elisabeth Mascia Child Care Center in Tarrytown and the Union Child Cay Care Center in White Plains were each awarded $1,000 to be used for the foundations Leave No child Behind in Fire Education program.

• The Pinwheel Project, based in Bedford, was awarded $1,000 for their continued work in bringing happiness to the children in the Maria Fareri Children's Hospital and the Burn Center at Westchester Medical Center.

But our work is not done... We need to do more!!!

15 days away and counting. We could still fit in a few more golfers. Also each of the fire departments received a letter about the outing and a request for sponsoring a green, a hole or make a donation. How many departments just threw this away? We all take out ads in each others journals etc for hundreds of dollars. If each department sent 150 or 200 bucks to the Burn Foundation it goes to a tremendous cause. Would any department miss the $200 out of the 2% fund budgets?
