Description Of Incident: Large and unruly crowd at New Roc City. When units dispersed crowd (mostly youths), large groups headed in multiple directions and to the Metro North Station. Some reports put crowd at over 1,000. Numerous calls for fights, shots fired and assaults were received. Westchester County-Wide Police Mobilization 'Red Alert' proceedures inacted and deployed by Zones into staging areas in and around New Rochelle. (1) stab victim, (1) head injury and (1) injured (minor) Police Officer reported.
