1400hrs- E-159 operating at large area brush off Olympia Blvd X Jefferson.

1404hrs- B-21 req. Urgent for incoming units to Quincy off Slater to protect exposures. L-77 FAST.

1404hrs- B-21 transmitting Urgent 2nd Alarm for structures involved.

1405hrs- B-21 Urgent for Engine to Quincy X Slater for water forthwith.

1405hrs- B-21 req. (2) Engines to Quincy X Slater.

1406hrs- 3rd Alarm transmitted for Quincy X Slater.

1407hrs- B-21 req. 2nd Truck Co. to Quincy X Slater, L-77 assigned.

1407hrs- 753 Quincy Ave rpts of people trapped.

1408hrs- 298 Slater Blvd. will be box. Div. 8 Urgent for Engine on Quincy X Slater dwellings involved. Engine to Capadano Blvd. for (1) block up at Seaver X Quincy. E-152, 167 enroute. BFU-2 responding 1854 box.

1410hrs- BFU-1 responding. L-79 assigned on the 3rd Alarm.

1412hrs- All 3rd Alarm units respond into Slater X Capadano Blvd.

1413hrs- Div. 8 req. Engine (163) to Seaver Ave. X Quincy, off Capadano for a dwelling involved.

1418hrs- Div. 8 req. full alarm assignment to Quincy X Slater and another full alarm assignment for Quincy X Seaver. Transmitting 4th Alarm, rpts (3) dwellings and a row of vehicles invloved with the large area of brush.

4th Alarm: E-330, 253, 201, 247; L-109; MSU

1420hrs- NYPD Aviation being contacted for bambi-bucket op's. B-40 (RUL), B-22 (3rd Alarm B/C), B-32 (Staging).

1431hrs- Div. 8 rpts (4) dwellings invloved, fire is K/D in the dwellings. All co's still heavily engaged. D/W/H. Duration 35 minutes.

1446hrs- B-58 (Air Recon) enroute. NYPD Aviation ASR-14 on scene rpts bambi-bucket not needed, but will stay on scene to assist.

1451hrs- Car 4H rpts main body of fire in (3) houses K/D, searches (-). Co's still operation in 4th dwelling. Still D/W/H. S/C (3) Trucks.

1454hrs- NYPD Aviation taking up.

1500hrs- Car 4H rpts fire in the dwellings is P/W/H. Brush fire is still D/W/H.

1507hrs- Car 4H rpts brush fire is P/W/H and fire in the dwellings is U/C. Duration 1 hour, 12 minutes. Also rpts boxes will be combined into one box for 4th Alarm, 1854.
