I am sorry but look on the rear quarter panel of the car...this must be something new cause when I used to hang in Albany (college days) their cars did not have this:

S Service

I Integrity

RRespect

SIR...and I though NYPD's CPR was crazy!

And on a side note...they use the same CAD system as the YPD...always trying to access there cars but can't...just curious to see what they are doing.
