1228hrs- B-15 Using All-Hands for fire in a 2.5-story frame P/D 20X35 with Exposure #2 similar attached.

1231hrs- B-15 rpts fire 1st and 2nd floors, (1) L/S/O. D/W/H.

1232hrs- B-15 transmitting 2nd Alarm.

2nd Alarm: E-66, 90, 48; L-33; E-72/S-2; B-20 Safety, 19 RUL, Rescue B/C, Safety B/C; Field Com., TAC #1

1238hrs- Div. 7 rpts fire K/D on 1st floor. Heavy fire on the 2nd floor. Members being removed and going to Tower Ladder.

1246hrs- Div. rpts Primary (-) on 1st floor. Operating with (1) Tower Ladder for heavy fire on the 2nd floor.

1256hrs- Car 10 rpts Tower Ladder is shut down, members conducting searches of 2nd floor. (4) L/S/O. Still have fire on the 2nd floor and in the attic.

1308hrs- Car 10 rpts removing members and going back to the Tower Ladder. Partial collapse of the roof.

1313hrs- Car 10 rpts P/W/H. Heavy fire still in the attic. Search of the 2nd floor (-).

1333hrs- Div. 7 rpts fire K/D. U/C.
