Description Of Incident: MVPD officers attempting to effect an arrest after a car stop were struck by the suspect vehicle and shots were fired (details still sketchy and unclear). Vehicle pursuit from 5&2 to Sanford and Fulton where suspect vehicle was lost. Vehicle located on Rockledge Avenue with blood trail leading from vehicle. Major mobilization of MVPD, NYPD (with ESU and Aviation), WCPD Aviation and more units. K9 tracked suspect across Mt. Vernon to North 7th Avenue where trail was lost.
