I saw this while on Scott's site. The technology works using RF technology. The one problem with RF is that it is interfered by large amounts of metallic surfaces because they reflects the waves. I am sure Scott has worked this out but this system may not work well in industrial applications. I can't say for sure but that is what I know from my manufacturing classes at college. I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about this, and or has used this. Have the high heat malfunctions that the PASS Alarms are prone to been worked?

That is very cool. Might be an item FAST would want to have avail...Maybe a County wide initiative to save independent departments some on the total costs. Then it would not matter what dept responds in as FAST to your fire, The tool would be useful at all times. As Remember585's motto goes...less than 100 lodd in 2007...this tool may help save some lives.
