16:20 Yorktown dispatched on a possible bolier room fire at the above location

16:21 Car 2531, 2533 responding

16:22 Engine 273 responding, 60 Control adivising caller opened boiler room door and saw flames

16:23 Car 2531 on location advising open flames, fill out a 10-75 assignment

16:24 Engine 273 on location, Car 2532 responding, stretch a line through the backdoor

16:25 60 Control toning out Bedford Hills FAST, one tanker from Millwood and one tanker from Croton

16:26 Battalion advising all visible fire has been knocked down, checking for extension, cancel tankers, FAST to continue in

16:28 Car 2531 requesting FAST to stand down, one engine from Somers (Engine 188) to standby in Yorktown HQ

16:32 Car 2531 to Rescue 16, fire is out and can return to quarters
