Location: 728 South 19th St. X Fitzwater St.

Departments: PFD

Description: Heavy fire in the rear of a 3-story OMD with (1) DOA. (4) FF's ran out of air and transmitted a Mayday. All were transported for smoke inhalation ans stable.
