2108hrs- 10-75 for fire in a 2-story frame attached.

1st Alarm: E-45, 90, 88, 96; L-58, 38, 54 FAST; B-18, 20 (10-75); R-3, Sq-61

2112hrs- B-18 using All-Hands on Arrival for heavy fire in a 2-story frame 20X40.

2113hrs- B-18 transmitting 2nd Alarm for fire into Exposure.

2nd Alarm: E-64, 46, 82, 94; L-41, 47; E-72/S-2; B-26 (RUL), 3 (Safety); Rescue B/C, Safety B/C; TAC #1, Field Com

Exposure #1- East Tremont Ave

Exposure #2- 3-story OMD attached

Exposure #3- Rear Yard

Exposure #4- 2-story frame attached.

2116hrs- S/C Tower Ladder.

2124hrs- Div. 7 rpts fire in Exposure 2 and 4. (4) L/S/O, (1) Tower Ladder in operation (TL-58). D/W/H. TL-31 to set up on Exposure #2A.

2126hrs- Div. 7 transmitting 3rd Alarm for heavy fire in the original fire building with extension to the upper floors of Exposure 2 and 4. Staging area will be East Tremont X Devoe.

3rd Alarm: E-48, 42, 50, 92; L-27, 17; B-15 (Firefighting), 17 (Staging), MSU

2135hrs- Div. 7 rpts fire K/D in original fire building. Fire in the cockloft of Exposure 2 and 4. Exterior Op's ATT. TL-41 in operation I/F/O Exposure #4.

2142hrs- Div. 7 rpts heavy fire in original fire building. Still have fire in cocklofts of Exposures. (3) Tower Ladders in operation. Interior operation in Exposure #2A. S/C extra Truck.

2157hrs- Car 15 rpts still heavy fire in original fire building and Exposure #4. Fire K/D in Exposure #2. (3) H/L's and (3) Tower Ladders (58, 31, 41) in operation. Exterior operations. Fire D/W/H.

2210hrs- Car 15 rpts All visible fire K/D. Collapse of original fire building. Searches delayed, D/W/H.

2224hrs- Car 15 rpts Fire K/D. All occupants accounted for. (3) Tower Ladders still operating. P/W/H.

2250hrs- S/C (2) Trucks for relief.
