Description Of Incident: Male victim changing a flat on the exit ramp by vehicle that fled scene. WCPD unit located the victim in the roadway approx. 30 feet from his vehicle, while on patrol. Suspect later located by Pelham PD after a traffic stop and charged with DWI, vehiclular assault and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.
