Firefighters fighting Yorktown house fire

YORKTOWN - Firefighters were working to control a blaze at a private residence on Allen Avenue this morning, officials said.

No one was injured in the fire, which was reported around 1 a.m. at 2101 Allen Ave., said town police Officer Mike Echeverria.

Additional information was not immediately available.
