Description Of Incident: Pancake collpase of concrete floor section from 6th floor to 3rd floor with (1) fatality.

0917hrs- Verbal from R/C 410 (Sgt) reporting collpase inside building under construction.

0918: YPD ESU Truck 3 on scene reporting confirmed partial Collapse of the building.

0920: ESU Truck 3 reporting to be on the 3rd floor with (1) victim with head injury. Req. incoming ESU to bring up rope bags and a stokes.

0922: Yonkers FD Car 4 requesting progress report from PD. Yonkers giving above information.

0922: Battalion 1 on location

0924: Car 4 on location.

0930: Car 4 advising that TL-71 is using the basket to remove one (1) critically injured patient. ESU has (1) vicitm packaged and will remove with FD.

0934: Car 4 advising reports of a leaking propane tank under the debris at this time, all co's working.

0938: Car 4 advising of a 8 story under construction building with partial collapse, with one (1) critical pt. to WCMD.
