0315hrs- Female passenger pinned. ESU and FD putting multiple tools into operation. Driver was outside of vehicle and belligerent on arrival, placed under arrest for DWI and transported to Jacobi for evaluation.

0335hrs- Victim removed with multiple fractures of her legs and transported to Jacobi.
