1558hrs- B-10 rpts Using All-Hands for fire in the basement of a 14-story 100X50. S/C extra Engine and Truck. Multiple calls for people trapped on floors above.

1603hrs- L-25 FAST being put to work, S/C new FAST (L-43).

1605hrs- Div. 3 transmitting 2nd Alarm. Fire in basement with possible extension to floors above.

2nd Alarm: E-22, 54, 35, L-35; E-9/S-1; Safety B/C; B-9 (Safety), B-8 (RUL)

1608hrs- B-10 rpts (2) L/S/O Main Body of Fire is K/D, still D/W/H.
