Description Of Incident: Male shot inside apartment, transported to Jacobi with GSW to the head (ear) with exit wound in the neck and a 2nd GSW to the shoulder. Victim semi-concious. (1) suspect picked up at scene, second suspect/witness who fled later picked up by ESU on Ravine Ave.
