Description Of Incident: Fire 2nd and top floor of a 2.5-story frame P/D with extension to Exposure #4.

Writer: Truck4 (O/S), ndemarse (O/S)

0350hrs- Heavy fire showing from 2nd floor with exposure problems.

0352hrs- 2nd Alarm. 4th and 5th Engines to scene.

0355hrs- M/A New Rochelle E-22/L-12 to cover.

0359hrs- Engine hitting hydrant on 4th St. advising heavy fire in the rear with extension to Exposure. M/A Pelham E-5 to cover.

0400hrs- Fire has extended to Exposure #4 (2.5-story frame P/D). Setting up Tower Ladder in front. Tower Ladder #1 (Seagrave) setting up in rear (MVPD ESU parking lot).

0410hrs- Fire through the roof of original fire building. (2) Tower Ladders going in service. Req. DPW for salt truck.

0415hrs- 3rd Alarm, CMD req. Engine and Truck to scene (New Rochelle). M/A Greenville E-151 and Eastchester TL-17 to cover Sta. 3.

0420hrs- (2) Tower Ladders in operation, (2) L/S/O Exposure #2 side. (2) L/S/O inside Exposure #4.

0445hrs- Fire darkening down. Still using (2) Tower Ladders. Partial collapse of Exposure #4 side of original fire building.

0500hrs- Empress transported (1) firefighter, minor injuries. WC with a bus for rehab.
