Time: 1930 hrs on going

Location: Hudson River S. of the Tappen Zee Bridge

Description: Man having full cardiac arrest on his boat, in the middle of the channel. Victim transported by Rockland FD Escorted by Rockland Sheriffs in full cardiac arrest. Tarrytown and Yonkers PD on scene assisting.

Frequency: 46.26, 156.225, 156.800

Units: Tarrytown Marine 5, YPD Marine 1, Rockland County Sheriffs division and FD. Peirmont EMS.
