San Diego Fire New Rigs

The San Diego Fire Department has received the first 8 KME engines on their 7 year contract. Engines 1, 201, 15, 27, 34, 38, 39, and 45 are being outfitted and should be in service soon. Also, The new Truck 1, a Crimson Tiller, arrived today from the dealer. Here's some photos...

Nice looking rigs. I wish them the best with them. You know the chassis lok similar to the old Simon - Duplex chassis. But either way they are nice loking units.
