Units Operating: Putnam Medic 4, Putnam Medic 3, Stat Flight Air 1, Brewster Rescue, 1 Brewster Ambulance, 1 Patterson Ambulance, Patterson Rescue, Patterson Fire (22-1-2 as Chief), 1 Putnam Lake Ambulance, 1 Lake Carmel Ambulance, 1 Lake Carmel Engine (Ground Contact), 1 Pawling Engine (to scene), Carmel Fire (on stand by), County Cars 4, 8, 30, County Fire Police

Description Of Incident: 2 Car MVA. Medic 4 was first unit o/s confirming 1 pt. trapped under car, 1 pt. pinned in car, requesting 1 additional medic unit to scene. 3 BLS units to scene, multiple on standby, 2 rescues requested. 2 Pts. DOA, 1 Pt. air-lifted to WMC (patterson ambulance w/ Medic 4), 1Pt ALS to Danbury via Putnam Lake w/ Medic 3, 2 pts. BLS to Danbury via Brewster, 2 pts. BLS to Danbury via Lake Carmel

Per County Car 4 - Route 22 will be closed for significant period of time for accident investigation.
