This could get annoying.

I found this on another website. Now I am a big fan of using the Q but this might drive me insane. I am guessing that the solenoid in the Q got stuck causing it to stay engaged. Just a warning make sure the volume is not up to loud when you play the video.

That was bad... Funny also. I would have ripped some wires or something.Drove me crazy just watching it. I have to go check my ears now. biggrin.gif

Reminds me of a certain night in Croton past, when the old L44 was on a call in the "back woods" - and the Q got stuck. They drove it back to quarters, with the Q stuck on at like, 0500, and triggered a ton of panicked phone calls to Croton PD inquiring if Indian Point was melting down.

Ring a bell, 1191stdue and dma327?!

I believe this incident, along with dozens of other issues, prompted the purchase of the current TL44.

Oooooch! Damn that would stink to run a call with the Q busted like that... my ears are hurting from it!
