2139hrs-As per 18-Command, 18-1501 to the front of the structure, 18-Tower to stage IFO 18-1501 and prepare to set-up & 18-1500 to s/b a hydrant.

2143hrs-18-Command confirming fire in the basement, (1) line stretched & operating.

2145hrs-18-Command requesting building inspector to the scene.

2150hrs-As per 18-Command, 44-Control switching operations to Frequency-3.

2151hrs-23-1 requesting Department-2 FASTeam to re-locate to 23-101 (West Haverstraw Sta.)

2152hrs-44-Control dispatching Central Nyack (Dept. 2); request for their FASTeam to re-locate to 23-101.

2159hrs-18-Command transmitting the Signal-11 (u/c).
