Description Of Incident: Assault w/Numerous victims & perps.

2220hrs (approx.)-PPD dispatching units to above address for a report of a large altercation in the lobby.

2225hrs-Units o/s w/apparent victims. Unit requests a "75" (ambulance) to the scene. Peekskill EMS dispatched. 75B2 responding. Additional PD units requested to assist w/crime scene.

2226hrs-PPD unit following large group, possible perps from the assault to John St.

2228hrs-PPD unit advising 6-7 subjects, possible perps, entered the residence at 722 John St. w/evidence (trail) at the entrance, possibly another victim at location.

2230hrs-PPD Car 260 requesting EMS/Paramedic on a rush to apartment 2A (in Bolhman Towers) for a 2nd victim. P.O. advising victim w/multiple stab wounds & diff. breathing.

2232hrs-Car 250 (Sgt.) requesting status of the Detectives.

2233hrs-PPD desk advising NYSP is sending units to assist at 722 John St.

2240hrs-PPD desk advising contact has been made w/Detectives and they are coming in. Desk inquiring from the Sgt. how many more units will be needed. Sgt. advising they are almost clear from 807 Main and he will start sending units to John St. PPD desk advising (1) P.O. from the midnight shift on his way in.

2242hrs-75B2 en-route to WMC w/39M1 on-board.

2248hrs-PPD Car 250 (Sgt.) clearing from 807 Main St., en-route to 722 John St. (2) PPD units remaining on scene.

2249hrs-Peekskill EMS unit requesting notification be made to WMC that they are en-route w/numerous stabbing victims.

2250hrs-PPD Car 255 requesting a camera to 722 John St. PPD desk requesting they secure the scene, Detectives are on their way. PPD desk advising the Sgt. that the P.O. from the midnight tour is in, inquiring where he is needed. Sgt. requesting him to start normal patrol duties. P.O. in service w/Car 262.

2254hrs-Peekskill VAC HQ advising notification has been made to WMC for both 75B2 & 75B3.

2257hrs-Peekskill VAC 7542 requesting 60-Control tone-out for a driver or EMT to man the 3rd ambulance w/him.

2304hrs-PPD Car 244 (Dets.) requesting a unit to assist them at 807 Main St. Car 260 dispatched.

2306hrs-PPD Car 250 (Sgt.) requesting Car 262 to respond back to HQ and bring the prisoner van (Unit 237) to 722 John St.

2310hrs-PPD Unit 237 out at 722 John St.

2314hrs-PPD desk advising the Det.-Sgt. that (2) additional Dets. have been notified and are on their way in.

2337hrs-PPD Det.-Sgt. requesting PPD desk to contact members of the Narcotics Unit & have them come in to assist.

as of 0035hrs-Command post has been set-up. Several units from the 4-12 tour held-over, including the Sgt. Units still at 722 John St., awaiting the Detectives arrival to collect evidence.
