"Officials say 27-year-old Seth Granville was coming into work when he apparently slipped on ice near the trench and slid into a hole. An injured Granville used his cell phone to call his firehouse, which was just 20 feet away. Firefighters pulled Granville to safety while ensuring the trench wouldn't collapse. Fire officials say Granville is in stable condition at WCMC.

The hole is part of a construction project to install a sprinkler system. The incident comes after a January 19 fire at the firehouse. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the fall to ensure safety precautions were followed at the work site."

Just left Seth--he is doing just fine - right now they are holding as a precaution--doing another MRI this afternoon if all is ok on the MRI he will be moved to a regular room rigiht now he is in adult trama.

His spirets are good he's a little frustrated-his family is with him, along with the firefighters and Officers of Hartsdale F.D.
