0821hrs- B-23 using All-Hands On Arrival for heavy fire in a 2.5-frame P/D. S/C E-159/S-5 on All-Hands. S/C extra Engine and Truck (162/82).

0825hrs- B-23 rpts 2.5-frame fully involved. (2) L/S/O. S/C extra Tower Ladder (TL-85). TL-87 going to work as a Tower Ladder, designating incoming L-82 as new FAST.

0827hrs- B-23 rpts (3) L/S/O, searches delayed due to heavy fire.

0835hrs- Div. 8 rpts (4) L/S, (3) in operation. Fire is K/D.

0840hrs- S/C extra Truck (L-81)

0852hrs- Div. 8 rpts (4) L/S/O.

0858hrs- Div. 8 transmitting 2nd Alarm.

2nd Alarm: E-154, 163, 165; L-83; B-21 (RUL), B-42 (Safety); Rescue B/C, Safety B/C, Field Com, TAC 2.

0910hrs- Div. 8 rpts fire is extinguished in basement and 1st floors, still have fire on 2nd floor and attic. P/W/H.
