Quogue (Suffolk)- Police Car MVA/LODD 01-24-07

Time: 0850hrs

Location: Route 104 - south of Sunrise Highway

Description Of Incident: NYSP lost control of his vehicle and struck an SUV in the opposite lane. Trooper Jose Rosado was declared DOA. Investigators are looking at "black ice" as a cause.
