2158hrs- Mount Kisco E-103, 104, TL-14, Rescue 31 for reported structure fire above the "Cozi" restaurant.

2200hrs- 10-75 transmitted for fire on the second floor. Mount Kisco E-105, 106 to scene. M/A FAST from Bedford Hills. WC B-16 responding.

2201hrs- CMD req. Tower Ladder to the front of the building. M/A Chappaqua Engine, Pleasantville TL-5.

2203hrs- Bedford Hills TL-57 responding.

2204hrs- B-16 transmitting 2nd Alarm. Pleasantville and Chappaqua to scene.

2205hrs- Re-Tone for manpower. 2371 being re-directed to scene. Bedford Hills TL-57 will be put to work on arrival and directed to the rear.

2208hrs- M/A Ossining Truck, Millwood Engine to cover. M/A Katonah and Bedford Hills Engines to scene.

2214hrs- M/A Valhalla TL-49 and Yorktown Hts E-270 to scene.

2228hrs- M/A additional Tower Ladder to scene.

2230hrs- Fire is K/D, companies overhaulling. Ossining L-41 being returned. CMD req. L-40, but advised that it is out of service.

2240hrs- Some M/A co's being released.
