1708hrs-R17 on-location, E116 responding.

1710hrs-Car 2212 requesting E116 to close Rt. 22 Southbound.

1711hrs-E116 on location.

1720hrs-Car 2212 advising extrication still in progress, advising 45M3 (1) female, conscious & alert w/facial laceration, complaining of neck & back pain.

1734hrs-As per Car 2212, patient has been extricated.

1739hrs-As per Car 2212, (1) patient en-route ALS (45M3) to WMC.

1745hrs-Car 2212 advising all Katonah units are in the process of picking-up.
