Forum Changes Made 1-17-07

Members-

Today, I made some changes to the forums. This is part of a never-ending process to adjust the forum's formula to best suit the membership.

You'll notice that the Firefighting, Emergency Medical Services, and Law Enforcment forums are in one group under the "Emergency Services Sectors" part of the forum.

Also, I've added two new forums.

-Special Operations, which is for the discussion and sharing of information regarding Haz-Mat, Technical Rescue, Rope Rescue, Trench Rescue, Collapse Rescue, and all other specialized disciplines.

-General Emergency Services & Public Safety Issues. Sometimes, there's issues that affect us all in all sectors in this line of work. That's what this section is for.

Additionally, the Law Enforcment Forum no longer requires a password.

These forum sections are grouped together because we all stand together.

Hope that you all will use these forums.

I had just read the Journal News' website and in two different places they had just done the same thing,so I was kind of on the lookout for it. laugh.gif

I always do that in January, takes me a while to get used to the New Year number. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
