Location: 350 Rushmore Ave- Nicholas Boat Yard

Frequency:

Units Operating: Multiple PD, 68A1, 49M1, 49-12

Description Of Incident: woman fell approx 12-15 feet off of her drydocked boat onto hard gravel. Bilateral Hip fractures supspected. Txp to trauma center.
